Welcome to the first E4C Newsletter!
E4C LTTA Held in Ancona, Italy
From 19–21 May 2026, partners from across the E4C consortium gathered at the Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM) in Ancona, Italy, for the project’s first Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA).
The three-day event brought together experts from healthcare, education, and technology to explore innovative approaches for supporting hospitalised children through educational robotics, digital tools, and edutainment methodologies. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the project’s implementation protocols, engage with robotic and digital learning platforms, and contribute to co-design workshops focused on addressing the educational, psychosocial, and participation needs of children in hospital and community settings.
A key feature of the LTTA was the hands-on experience with E4C technologies, including robotic kits, virtual learning environments, and AI-supported educational tools. The event also provided a valuable opportunity for partners to exchange knowledge, discuss implementation challenges, and collaboratively develop scenarios for future pilot activities.
The LTTA marked an important milestone for E4C, strengthening collaboration across the consortium and laying the foundation for the next phase of project implementation.
